Several representatives from the governing boards of the Official Association of Property Administrators of Seville and the Association of Quantity Surveyors of Seville also attended the event.<\/p>\n<p>ANERR presented this office for processing economic aid aimed at Owners of Private Residences, Property Administrators, Buildings Site and Project Technicians, Refurbishment and installation businesses, Technicians and Authorities in Town Planning Departments\/City Councils.<\/p>\n<p>The OFRE provides a specialised service in the economic-financial and technical assessment and planning of refurbishment and renovation projects within the private residence area. The OFRE seeks out and processes public and commercial bank funding options for each project\/refurbishment work for the owners of houses, residential buildings and hotels.
