At the beginning of March the restoration work was started on a building to house an “Ecovillage” belonging to the MUM Association (Mujeres Unidas contra el Maltrato/Women United against Abuse).
This is one of ANERR’s (National Association of Refurbishment and Renovation Companies) Corporate Social Responsibility projects, working alongside the MUM association, where the companies belonging to ANERR may cooperate in the work necessary to make the building useable as a temporary hostel for battered women and their children.
LITECON, along with other companies belonging to ANERR, is taking part in this project, providing materials and performing the safety coordination for the work.
